1. Go to your dashboard and go to settings blade.
2. Next go to Console Settings
3. Go into Clock settings
4. Now go into Time Zone and change it to -12
5. Start the game push start
6. Go back to dashboard
7. Now change Time Zone to +14
8. Start the game
9. Hit start when prompted
Repeat steps 1-9

This equals one day of gameplay so repeat 7/100 to get the achievements.
